Fantasy PSL is a free-to-play online fantasy football game based on the Betway Premiership. It is a fan-made, independent platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Premier Soccer League, Betway, or any PSL club.
Fantasy PSL provides a fantasy football game where users select 15-player squads, earn points from real Betway Premiership match performance, and compete in public and private leagues. The service is free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
Fantasy points are calculated automatically from match data sourced via API-Football. While we strive for accuracy, points may be corrected at any time. Decisions by Fantasy PSL administrators regarding points and rankings are final. We are not responsible for errors in third-party data.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban without notice.
Fantasy PSL is currently free-to-play with no monetary prizes. Any future prize competitions will have separate rules and will comply with the Consumer Protection Act and applicable South African law.
The Fantasy PSL name, logo, and original content are our property. PSL club names, logos, and player names belong to their respective owners. We use PSL-related content for fan and editorial purposes. You may not reproduce or distribute Fantasy PSL content without written permission.
Fantasy PSL displays advertisements via Google AdSense to fund platform operations. Advertisers do not influence editorial content, news articles, or fantasy scoring. Fantasy PSL is not responsible for third-party advertisement content.
Your use of Fantasy PSL is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Fantasy PSL is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Match data accuracy depends on our third-party provider and cannot be guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Fantasy PSL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of data or inability to access the service.
You may delete your account anytime via profile settings. We may terminate accounts for Terms violations. On termination, personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to South African court jurisdiction.
